NTT Docomo Expects to Hit Smartphone Sales Target of 13 Million

NTT Docomo said that the number of Smartphones sold since April this year has reached approximately 2.8 million, and the company expects to achieve its sales target of 13 million Smartphones in the year to next March, according to a July 12, 2012 report by Reuters. NTT Docomo aims to compete with in rivals in the domestic market by offering a wide variety of Smartphone lineup with high-level services. It is reported that NTT Docomo plans to sell over one million units of Samsung's next generation Galaxy Smartphones in this business year in Japan.
